Infused in oil Damiana is a gentle nervine that promotes relaxation of the nervous system helping to relieve nagging muscle tension and spasms as well as calming circular or worried thoughts. Rose is a luxurious addition for a skin softening and soothing blend.

**Black Tourmaline grounds spiritual energy and promotes radiance and light during dark times. Helpful in releasing tension on a physical level drawing out toxins and negative energy.

Our aromatherapy oils are diluted in a high quality plant carrier oil with a 5-8% dilution rate as recommended by the general guidelines for aromatherapy. Essential oils are highly concentrated and potent so a little goes a long way. Due to the delicate nature of natural aromatic plants the longevity of essential oils is much shorter than synthetic fragrances. Re-application is like a little pick-me-up throughout the day without getting the overwhelming “stuck next to someone on the elevator who sprayed too much perfume that morning”.
