Come join us on the farm and create a beautifully functional and decorative garlic braid. We will gather some fresh herbs and flowers to tuck into your creation as we weave.
 
You will also get to harvest some fresh garlic, learn the difference between softneck and hardneck and I’ll share some of my favorite ways to preserve. Curious what to do with all those scapes: scape pesto, compound butter, scape salt & fermented garlic honey.
