Garlic Scape Salt- is the tender spring garlic scapes blended with garlic scapes, sage, rosemary and thyme and mixed with Maldon salt.
Black Garlic Salt- garlic is slow fermented for 9 days which crystallizes the carbohydrates to a sweet molasses flavor.  Infused into the Maldon Salt it adds just a hint of sweet and salty.
Use flaky or add to a grinder for a more delicate application.
