Flaky Maldon salt seasoned with garden herbs picked fresh and blended dry for a beautiful garden finishing salt.  Use as is for a bold topper for fish or any meat, your favorite fresh sliced Heirloom tomatoes or leave it chunky and sprinkle on top of baking Focaccia.
Garlic Scape Salt- is the tender spring garlic scapes blended with air dried garlic scapes, sage, rosemary and thyme and mixed with Maldon salt.
Black Garlic Salt- garlic is slow fermented for 9 days which crystallizes the carbohydrates to a sweet molasses flavor.  Infused into the Maldon Salt it adds just a hint of sweet and salty.
Use flaky or add to a grinder for a more delicate application.
